24/XII/21 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ Christmas Eve at Arno & Meggy’s place, BB: II/2023 (2021-1603)
Pretty clear orange blond beer, huge creamy bit irregular fluffy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit yeasty, malty, grassy, hay, rural, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, pretty fruity, malty, nice bitterness, yeasty, more fruity, pears, slightly sourish. Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, sour apples, malty, little sweet, soft bitterness, bit grassy.
