We mixed malts Pilsner, Munich I, CaraMunich II, Carafa II with malted oats, flaked oats, roasted barley, Columbus hops, lactose and added French cognac Roullet and cold pressed orange organic extract from Arancia del Gargano. We let it mature and carbonate naturally. AMAZING!

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Near black with a small tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roast, dark malt, orange and cognac notes though not boozy. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
