Appearance: Light golde, clear. Bubbles. Little to no head. Aroma: Sweet, caramel. Expected some wheat in there... Some spices. Taste: Wheat, some hops and malt. Slightly watery. Info: 330ml bottle, 24/11-2012, BB: 02/2013

bottle shared by papsoe at ungstrup tasting. clear yellw small white head. malty aroma, quite malty. flavor is malty, flowery, slightly oxidized.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, coriander, and straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Overripe oxidized aroma. Medium body, overripe fruit, again quite oxidized. No real yeastiness or coriander notes = not much of a Belgian Wit. 160112

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish, light spiced and grassy. Cornish and bitter. Slight metallic and cornish.

bottle from a shop in Rue des Marchands Colmar France. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized white head - unlike any other bière blanche I’ve tried before. Wheaty, slightly fruity with a shy hoppy touch in the finish. Not quite what I expected, but rather nice. Similar to a good Kristallweizen.
