Brewed by the kind request of BREWDOG following the footsteps of Collabfest 2019's BLACKCURRANT TRIFLE:
Strawberry on the nose, cherry in the taste. While BLACKCURRANT TRIFLE had a really strong and dry red wine finish, CHERRY & BERRY TRIFLE has a strong red wine mouthfeel in the middle of the sip with a mouthwatering feeling in the end... Sour, creamy, but not overwhelming, rather refreshing was. It's not a simple copy of BLACKCURRANT TRIFLE, the aftertaste is more twisted and fruity, between sour and tart. But it's full of fun as well!

Keg at BBNo Riverside beer festival 2021. A hazed plummy red coloured pour with a a lasting sticky pink head. Aroma is intense jammy fruit, culle, berry, vanilla,. Flavour is composed medium sweet. Jammy blackcurrant raspberry, intense jammy, sour,. Palate is medium sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation. Intense.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherd's Bush, London. A ruby coloured pour with virtually no head. Tart, cherry, blackcurrant, strawberry aroma and taste. Not a huge sour fan but this was interesting and rather quaffable.

On tap at Brewdog Sheffield. Deep cherry purple colour with a punk head. Aroma and taste are cherry and mixed berry fruity. Reminds me of the liquore Chambord. Tart fruity berries. And a full smooth rich body.

Keg at brewdog lothian road. Pours deep ruby, nose is massive cherry, strawberry, cream, funk, taste is salty, custard cream, tart, juicy fruit.
