Brewed by the kind request of BREWDOG following the footsteps of Collabfest 2019's BLACKCURRANT TRIFLE:
Strawberry on the nose, cherry in the taste. While BLACKCURRANT TRIFLE had a really strong and dry red wine finish, CHERRY & BERRY TRIFLE has a strong red wine mouthfeel in the middle of the sip with a mouthwatering feeling in the end... Sour, creamy, but not overwhelming, rather refreshing was. It's not a simple copy of BLACKCURRANT TRIFLE, the aftertaste is more twisted and fruity, between sour and tart. But it's full of fun as well!

Tap at Mad Kert. Deep burgundy pour with a quickly disappearing, white head. Nose is intense berries, strawberry stands out which is a happy surprise, and there's a hint of cherry too. Taste is moderately tart with sweetish hints, showing lots of berries, I mainly get raspberry and strawberry and some cherry. There's a red wine-like character to it, which is nice. Closes with a jammy fruity finish, has a medium to full body and soft carbonation. Nice.

Draught@Rooster, Oulu. Ruby colour with not that much head. Aroma is tart cherry, some black currant, mild strawberries and some slight toffee tones. Flavour is sour, some berries, fruits and cherries with mild nutty and caramel tones. Nicely dry and tart.

Poured from 330mL can (bb 23/11/2022). Deep purple red with small pinkish head. Nose of black currant and light berry. Taste is lots of cherry and berry - raspberry, light strawberry and blueberry, mild black currant, touch of lactose. Not a ton of depth, almost a sweet winey note, but some nice flavours. Alcohol is quite hidden.

Tap at Konttori, Tampere. Color is slightly cloudy deep purple with slight reddish head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, blue berries, sugary sweetness, some lactoce elements, some sourness... not for me.

Taster at Madhouse, Budapest. Hazy, dark red to violet colored. AROMA- strawberry, cherry, blueberry, raspberry, vanilla. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, slightly tart, strawberry, cherry, black currant, raspberry, blueberry, vanilla... Fuller bodied. Full of fruit, full of flavor, nice vanilla, simply great.

Keg at Brewdog Tower Hill, 06/10/21. Beetroot red with a goof sixed crimson cap. Nose is mixed red berry compote, blackcurrant jam, raspberry yoghurt, hedgerow. Taste comprises punchy raspberries, lactic twang, funk, cherry skins, mixed berry pips, hedgerow, light acidic bimble. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp berry edge. Solid berry profile ... comes in well below the stated 10%.

Keg at the Riverside Beer Festival - BBNo Morden Wharf. Pours unclear deep blood red with a creamy, pink topping. Good fun, big jammy berry character, raspberries, cherries, light acidity, restrained sweetness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart and quenching in the finish. Excellent juice.

Keg at BBNo Riverside Beer Fest. Definitely has a custardy cherry aroma going on. Cloudy purple. Thin creamy pink head. Sweet custard tinged medium sour. Thick bodied. Creamy. Pithy. Long astringent finish. Pudding of a sour.
