White India Pale Ale. Bière blanche légère en corps, mais une blanche typé IPA (India Pale Ale), c’est-à-dire fruitée et un peu plus amère qu’une blanche normale. Elle met le houblon « Citra » à l’honneur. Brassée avec des écorces d’orange et de la coriandre.

On tap at du Grillen. Hazy yellow. Fleeting white head. Floral aroma. Green grapes. Orange rind. Taste is bitter. Citric. Dollop of resin. Lingering bitterness. Not bad.

Strasbourg Craft Beer Fest. Hazy pale yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, flowers, stone fruits. Taste of mild citrusy hops, flowers, pale malt, wheat, easy to drink.

Tap at SB beer festival. Hazy very light yellow straw with white head. Indeed a lot of wheat, dank hops, lime, peachy. Under medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Just medium bodied. Crisp and refreshing. Good.
