BJ's new collaboration with Sierra Nevada is a unique Pale Ale- brewed with American hops but also flavored with rose hips and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. The fruity hop profile is enhanced by floral rose hip notes and fermentation derived fruity esters from the special Belgian yeast. American hops contribute an array of citrus and tropical fruit aromas/flavors and a moderately bitter finish.

Draft at BJ's in Livonia. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white head that lingers. Lovely Belgian yeast estery nose with floral and hoppy aromas. Palate is similar, great carbonation. Crisp and clean with a dry finish.
