Can, Gordon's The Cellar Door. No date, but perhaps there was one and someone rubbed it off. Unclear reddish amber with a white head. Aroma has berry sherbet, lemon drops, crackers. Light bodied, high carbonation. Can't say the berry flavour is clear but there's vague fruit and a dry, moderately bitter finish. Just a little peppery too. Refreshing - is it a little minerally or is that just the power of suggestion?
