Pours black with a tan head.Nose shows gentle roast and faint coffee.Flavours include heavy roast, a faint salty character, spicy hops and a umami note.

Can. Very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, moderate roast. Sweet at first with bitterness and a minerally quality that's the main sign of the oysters soon catching up and providing an assertive finish.
