Pours gold with a large fading head.Nose shows melon, pineapple, peach, spicy and earthy hops along with some clean malt.Flavours include more melon and peach, along with clean sweet malt and a spicy and resinous bitterness in the finish that's quite assertive.

Can. I knew nothing about this dip hopping technique but now at least know that it involves being called Maurice. Clear gold with a white head that settles to a bit more than a cm but doesn't last that well. Aroma of oranges & their blossoms, hay, light bread, some pine. Taste follows this - it's intensely but not all that vibrantly hoppy - with clean firm pale malt and a fairly bitter finish with resinous and slight earthy touches buzzing after a time. Seems like a distant descendant of Sculpin.
