Brewed with Bohemian Pils malt and Saaz hops Technical Ecstasy pours a stunning hazy straw color with an enormous dense white head, the hallmark of a fresh Pilsner. The hops’ floral, slightly spicy aroma immediately lures you in. The medium-bodied mouth feel produces a soft, crackery maltiness immediately followed by spicy, slightly grassy notes.

(Can, 0.473 l - canned on 24.12.2018, from Pien, 20190625) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, sweet and bitter. A rather pleasant lightly sweet brew with strong grassy hoppines.

473ml can. Barely clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Slightly doughy, bready, minimally spicy, malty aroma, minimally strawy and grassy hoppy overtones with an additional fruity touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally spicy pale malty, minimally doughy, grassy and fruity hoppy, hints of apricot, a minimally sugar touch of sugar powder, icing. Very clean, harmonious, balanced.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a mostly clear gold with a finger of foam that lingers, then dissipates. Very grain forward nose with some light hay and herbal aromas. Grainy pils malt notes with some chaff, baked bread, grass and faint peppery flavors. A bit heavy on the palate.
