Brewed with Bohemian Pils malt and Saaz hops Technical Ecstasy pours a stunning hazy straw color with an enormous dense white head, the hallmark of a fresh Pilsner. The hops’ floral, slightly spicy aroma immediately lures you in. The medium-bodied mouth feel produces a soft, crackery maltiness immediately followed by spicy, slightly grassy notes.

Немного странный но интересный пилз. Есть как будто кислинка сильная, и немного странное цветочное послевкусие.

Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Clear blonde. Smattering of whites head.
Timid nose with authentic yeast and moderate malt (biscuit, cookie) low hopping is kind of odd. But whatever, it's clean.
Soft, malty, rich honey and good dryness and bitterness on the finish, though, as the nose, low hop flavor. Bit of herbs. Good yeast character and excellent malt depth.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted grain and grass. Slick body, grass, corn, grain, nice bitterness, very good.

Full bodied. A bit sweeter than it should be. But a good Pils.

From Beer Drop. I couldn't find a date where it says packaged on but further down, I see a stamp that has 12 something 31. 8 months old?

Beautiful slightly hazy gold pour a finger of foam, pretty good lacing.

I smell spicy hops, some grass, cracker malt, the hops are almost noble like. It doesn't smell old.

The taste is plenty spicy hops, cracker malt, some grass, I will say that the hops are of noble character. Doesn't taste old.

The mouthfeel is smooth and somewhat juicy.

I nice example of the style.
