A la dégustation, elle libère tout son caractère malté, caramel à tendance chocolaté.
Elle est d’une grande buvabilité grâce à l’utilisation de houblons aux notes florales et épicées.

I have 33 cl bottle of Brune acquired from Belgian's Finest Beers back in the fall. I am prepared to have a taste and take a rating. A Belgian chalice is down from the cabinet and it catches a medium dark brown liquid that has a thin top of parchment tan foam composed of very fine, creamy bubbles. I lift the glass for a smell, oh, I think I am going to like this beer. I detect figs, caramel and wheat bread. A drink gives a bit of dark fruit, leather, yeast, grain, malt and just a touch of candy sweetness. Perhaps a bit of spice, as advertised, but not as much as anticipated. A soft, full sensation inside my mouth. A nice presentation of the style I opine.
