Mon dieu! Another potentially blasphemous beer, this time we decided to pay homage to the classic Belgian wit, but.. with a lot more hops obviously. Citra, Amarillo and Lemondrop to be precise. It gives this white IPA a lovely refreshing, citrussy aroma and flavor on top of that chuggable wheat beer with its beautifull distinct Belgian yeast profile. This beer has sumer crusher written all over it.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is citrussy fruity hop, some orange, soft wheaty malt, grass, some lemon. Light sweetish, moderate bitter. Body is medium. Pretty good, very citrussy.

Can at home. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are wheat, some light citrus notes, light grains, hops, a bit floral. Okay. Decent.

33cl Blik van Van Erp. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Licht kruidig, citrus, tarwe, smaak is mild, minder hoppig dan verwacht, weinig bitter. Licht, verfrissend. Ruikt hoppiger dan het smaakt, in smaak bijne een klassiek witbier.

0,33 l can. Pale yellow golden in the glass, one finger white fine foamy head. Ripe tropical fruity smell, mostly grape. Taste has more smooth grape, low orange in the background. A lot of yeast and wheat, some dry bitterness. High drinkabilitiy. Nice.
