Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Nicely roasty aroma with notes of coffee, chocolate. Some mocha, espresso. Robust roasty bitterness, moderately sweet. Medium to full body. Surprisingly good Stout, no fancy pastry nonsense, just tasty roasty malts.

Fles 33cl thuis. Roasted malts, bitter, caramel, koffiedrab, wat peaty, wat liquorice, chocoladetonen, zoeten, licht droog, as. (15-7-2023).

33cl Fles van van Erp. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Gebrande mout, geroosterde pinda's, inkt, pure chocolade, cacao, wat koffie, caramel, niet echt zoet, hint van gedroogd fruit, flink bitter. Medium tot volle body. Smaakvol, leuke verrassing, vooral gezien het feit dat het bij NHB gebrouwen is.
