Birranova lancia nel 2014 la sua nuova birra, Giara. Dal bel colore giallo dorato, con schiuma bianca e fine. Il naso è ricco, con un bouquet ampio, speziato e agrumato. In bocca è fresca e beverina, di buona sapidità. Il corpo è agile e nel lungo retrogusto tornano le sensazioni speziate.

Tap at La Birra2, Bari, Italy. Pours slightly pale blonde, partially opaque, with Aroma is nicely spiced and peppery, also a little lemony. Body is average, with mild carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

A hazed golden wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, herbaceous character, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light pepper and citrusy, nice. Bottle at Mondial 2015.
