eXperimint is a beer that has been on our to-brew list for a long time. Mint is a difficult
taste to get in a beer in a good way. For a lot of people, mint in beer is considered ‘not done’.
But that’s exactly why we decided to try it ourselves. We like to brew beers that make you think differently about uncommon flavors.
Fresh mint leaves in the whirlpool and lagering gives this beer it’s minty touch. We added fresh lemon juice together with a modest Sabro dry hop to create this refreshing Mojito Pale Ale.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Pours hazed, darker blonde. medium large to large white head. Scent is minthy, which is a powerfull scent, but still some hops show. Mild yeast and malts, but they're a bit overpowered. Taste is sharp, fairly bitter. Sharp, green mint, very aromatic and explosive. mild maltyness. hops still come trough (not as much in the aromatic side, more in the bitterness) . Decent body, fairly thin but correct for the beer it is. High carbo. I'm not loving this, but they did indeed make a mojito beer. It works, it's brewed well,... the aftertaste is a bit sweet, perhaps a bit yeasty ( estery)
