The original hazy beer! No hop juice, but wildly refreshing.
We pitched a wild yeast in a more or less classic wit beer, giving an interesting clash between the freshness of the base beer and the funk of the wild yeast. Resulting in a witbeer-wild saison hybrid.

Bottle at home. Pale yellow color, cloudy a bit, white head. Smell and taste wheat, citrusy, somewhat artificial, citrus peel. Meh. Doesn't really do it for me tbh.
