650ml bottle found in Golden. Good deep clear copper body and pretty good foam on top. The aroma is unduly harsh, plenty of sweet yeast there that drowns out some nice biscuit and malt notes. Taste is plenty of chewy maltiness, chunky biscuit and chocolate notes, yeast carrying it throughout and some nice carbonation therein. Lots of chocolate notes, a little simple but slowly getting there.

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with light foamy head. Aromas of dark sugar, bready malts and Belgian yeast notes of over-ripe bananas. Nice warm flavors follow same with additional raisins and figs. A nice dubbel without the metallic yeastiness of other North America attempts.
