A collaboration with our friends at Bricker's Cider. They brewed a wild cider and we blended it with a traditional saison resulting in a peppery, dry snakebite.

Draught at the brewery
Pale yellow, hazy. Adding a mediocre, dry, and almost tasteless cider to a modest and light beer doesn't improve things. It tastes like sourish lager.

Light gold body good carbonation, okay foam. Sharp apple and some murky chewy grain notes on the nose. Taste is soft sweet apple, vague grain, finishes tinny. Not bad, just okay.

Basically a graf, could be a snakebite, but whatever it's a collab between Persephone and Brickers and it tastes mostly of cider, not much of beer, though maybe there's a touch of malt.
