This funky fella is assertive and very dry, with nothing masking its substantial acids and modest astringency. This is our driest and most uncompromising cider, made with 100 per cent heritage North American varieties.

Okay pale straw body and no foam, medium carbonation. Chewy apple aroma, slightly sweet, definitely grocery store apple variety. Taste is a nice musty apple, slight earthy funk, finishes bone dry. Some lingering apple sweetness. Quite enjoyable.

330mL bottle, courtesy of Oakes, pours a clear blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Nose reveals musty apple skins, a little farmhose funk. Flavour is crisp and dry, with citrus skins, musty apple skins, and light funk. Pretty much no residual sweetness, with a tangy citrusy finish. There's not a lot of depth or complexity, but it is a nicely made, lightly funk, bone dry cider.

Earthy, dry, and has nice complexity. Quite good - their driest and probably funkiest, too.
