We divide the fruit we get from Bright Farm into two batches. The first batch is super complex and used to make our Bright Farm Traditional and the other is fruit suited to a yummy crows pleaser. It's this second batch that we use to make 'Bob', a cider for those lazy summer days when you just want to relax.

Good foam on a stormy light pale straw body. Really good rustic apple aroma, intense funk, burlap and chewy skin. Taste is vinous apple, sweetness lingers with vinegar notes, ends extremely dry but still a hint of sweetness. They're knocking it out of the park with this one.

Bottle. Had a natural sediment and was a gusher upon opening. Hazy pale greenish-yellow. Apple skins and earthy, tannin accents on the nose. Quite dry, austere almost. Light appley note, mild tannins. Lean, but flavourful. Not an especially complex example, and at stupid money for a 250ml bottle the price doesn't align with the drinkability, but this is real cider, for those who appreciate real cider.
