Very dry, with nice body and distinct apple character. The star attraction here is fruit from traditional English and French cider varieties, as well as heritage varieties from Europe and North America.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022 harvest). Lightly hazed golden orange. Dry crab apple, quite earthy. Appreciate it, but not my thing.

Mellow gold body, mostly clear, little foam. Smells of soft honey, tawny port notes. Taste is soft sweet apple and nothing else, ends smooth with vague chewiness. Not bad, drinkable, but not really memorable.

Darker and yellowish. Dry, earthy, almost austere. Just light fruit note. A very serious cider for sure, if lacking refinement.
