Poured from the tap (2020 harvest). Clear pale blonde. Apple skins, simple and to the point. Okay.

Weak gold body with minimal foam. Smells of musty apple, plethora of skin. Taste is vinous apple and slightly tart, good carbonation but also a little thin. Drinkable, slightly rustic, mostly straight ahead.

Slight haze. Dry. A bit sharp, nice tartness actually. Light apple notes. Interesting, probably their tartest.
