Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Pinkish orange with a decent faded crimson cap. Nose is tangy red berries, funk, damp straw, cherry skins, grains. Taste comprises vanilla oak, barnyard esters, cherry piss, red berry must, grains, damp hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte berry scrub down. Ok sour.

Draught at MBCC 2018, red session.
Rosé, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head.
Aroma of sweet cherries, smooth barrel, red apples, some red berries.
Tastes similar, with some vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, dry, wooden, with cherries, barrel, slight vinegar.
Tasty. Smooth to drink, with lovely cherry and barrel notes. Very well balanced, with just enough sourness. Beautiful.
