The polar opposite of an IPA, with focus on the malt. Dark, but sessionable. Low bitterness but plenty of character from the malt; Crystal, Brown, Black, Chocolate, and Crystal Rye bring great flavour lightly balanced with Willamette hops.

On tap at Four Provinces, Dublin - deep ruby red body, long lasting off white head. Malty nose, some smoke in the taste, caramel and tangy dark cake fruit.
