For our 5th birthday we have gone with a trio of big flavoursome beers. Open The Door to this juicy and fruity Triple IPA for bags and bags of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Columbus Cryo hops. Boom boom acka-lacka lacka boom!

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent developing fine minerally carbonation. Light malts but imparting a decent creamy sweetness. Hops are a well delivered and highly satisfying smorgasbord of juicy citrus and slightly floral tropical fruits with a good side servings of crisp pine and hop spice. A nice savoury edge runs throughout. Decent citric peel depth on the back end. A really nice sweep of hop flavours here.

Can from HOTM. Light hazy deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are tropical mango and passionfruit. With toms of pine resin. And a moderately bitter finish. Full punchy body.
