DDH Double IPA brewed with a new experimental yeast strain from Omega Yeast
This double IPA uses a little touch of noble hops during fermentation to push the bio transformative properties of this yeast, but don’t worry, it wasn’t all old school/classic hops. Galaxy and Blanc also teamed up to round this thang up. We kept some of our process the same as our hoppy beers of the past, but in total, this beer is definitely Built Different.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. White grape, blueberry and pithy citrus notes. Palate is similar, smooth finish with great balance.
