Crisp as a cracker.

Can shared with DSG. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh lime, grassy, quite fresh. Taste is lime, grassy, biscuity malt body, dry finish. Quite mineralic mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation and a late bitterness. Very good!

27/3/2018. Can from Honest Brew. 4.2% abv. Pours slightly hazy yellow gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, bitters, grapefruit, lime, grass and flowers. Light sweetness, quite heavy and slightly harsh bitterness. Moderate body, thin texture, average carbonation. NB - No mention of the Sorachi Ace on the can - says hops are Citra, Mosaic, Cascade. But name is the same, same design. As no mention of this being a formal alternate version requiring a separate entry have not duplicated the entry but may need to be split in future.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at UBREW. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, with a happy blend of citrusy hops and real rindy citrus, some pale bread, mellow pine. Light sweet flavour with pleasant notes of tangerine, orange, melon, subtle piney bitterness, a little oily orange peel, pale bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation and velvety texture. Well rounded on the finish, with continuing notes of citrus fruits, bready pale malts, some biscuits, lemon rind, light piney resin, hay. Really drinkable stuff. One of the better beers I’ve had from the UBREW breweries.
