Draught @ SKAAL, Kultorvet 11, Copenhagen, Denmark 1175.[ As Uiltje Centennial Centipede ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, fruit peel. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, pale malt, lime. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can at home after episode I of Fresh Fest. Almost clear golden with white head. Dry fruity hops with grapes, light tropical juice mix, pear candy, quite some fresh herbs, and spring meadows with fresh grass and pink flowers. Soft crisp malts backbone with a touch of wheat flour. Just medium bodied with crisp and oily feel.

Uiltje's session IPA hopped with (only) Centennial; can at Kantien in Ghent. Snow white, mousy and frothy, dot-lacing head, hazy yellow golden robe with pale greenish tinge. Aroma of lemon flesh, unripe melon, cheese crackers, marijuana, sweet Spanish onions, 'herbes de Provençe', green banana, dill and a touch of urine-like dankness. Clean, smooth fruitiness in the onset, unripe banana with a subtle mango touch, green melon, strong carbonation, very minerally but 'refined' enough to avoid a harsh numbing effect; slick white-bready- and cracker-like maltiness, supple and very lean, drenched in oniony and mildly dank (marijuana-like), zesty hoppiness, medium but lasting bitter with light bread-crusty powderiness in the end. Smooth, very easily drinkable 'IPA light' indeed, not Uiltje's most ambitious creation so far perhaps, but serving its purpose well.

Can – Pours a hazy pale gold colour with a white head. A fruity sweet citrus and pine needle aroma. A light sweet taste, light malt, citrus and pine flavours with herbal hop bitterness. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Lata 50 CL en vivalabirra 25.. 02..2019. (r25). Color amarillento velado con buena capa de espuma blanca. Sabores frescos suaves Maltas y herbaceos verdes lupulados que van en aumento según coge temperatura. Bastante sabor para su gradación. Suave amargo final. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber. Líquido. Más menos fino algo gaseoso. Refrescante, buena, para repetir.
