750 c&c from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours gold with a nice creamy white head. Apparently the yeast haze is at the bottle bottom. Light aromas of lemon and Brett. Med body. Gueuze it is! Very dry. Somewhat woody. Still going with lemon and Brett. Gets some astringency with time. Bretty funky. Excellent.

750ml @ Matt's (thx for the beer and NO thanks for the metal music, man!!) house. Appearance: hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma: lots of sulfur at first that mellows down later, lots of minerals. Taste: along the same lines, quite funky, minerally, and aggressive. More intense than usual. Overall: a bit over the top, but it's good.

It's amber, with a bit of sort of floaties haze. Very thin head. Big leathery aroma, touch of sweet malt. It's generally dry, a bit leathery, light brett. Wood comes through as well. Subtle lemon juice thing. Really nice complexity that grows on me.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, sulphur, and a touch of citrus. Flavour has a nice funkiness, with plenty of barnyard funk, gentle citrus, earthiness, and a touch of sulphur. Finishes funky, sulphury, and citrusy. Very nice blend.

Gueuze all day err day. Softer than a&g with a nice kick of fruity flavors at the finish.

Big pop on the 750ml cork.  Clearish dark gold.  White head.  Nose is so bright, 2 year shining, lemony and funky, chardonnay barrel, stinky, medicine cabinet.  Flavors same.  Carb is high and takes away just a bit.  Finishes dry and funky.  Good.  8 4 8 3 15

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle. Pours hazy golden, with a short lived head. Aroma is tart fruity notes with hay, citrus and funky farmhouse notes, as well as bretty notes with tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes with hay, apples, grapes and floral bretty notes, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Balanced and refreshing.
