A complex fruity taste with a warm, refreshing honey flavour and a short light sparkle. It has a natural nectar sweetness married with a long sharp finish towards the end. This cider is on sweet side of dry and is medium bodied, with a trace of cider apple smokiness.

Bottle sourced from Brother Beer and drunk at home (22/04/2021) - County Cavan region ✅ #no1 - hazed orange amber with a tiny ringed white head. Dry and tart apple fruity, some underlying apple sweetness but dry and sharp to the fore, medium to light acidic, slight wooden accents, light carbonation and light to medium bodied, dry apple finish. Not doing much for me. --- Beer merged from original tick of (Medium Dry) on 26 Mar 2025 at 12:05 - Score: 5. Bottle. Clean orange with no head. Aroma is a bit funny, stale mouthwash. Flavour is much better, spicy apple, dry background, bitter finish.

Bottle from Drinkstore, Dublin [240414] 5% abc
Golden amber, clear, fizzy white head that dissipates quickly
Aroma of cidery acidic fairly sweet apple
Taste - cider apples, touch spicy, bit tannic, tad woody, slightly unusual flavour
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, quite tart, light sweet palate. Finish is dry.
Overall - Came across as an average cider to me
