bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo limone torbido, al naso malto crosta di pane note citriche erbacee e floreali, in bocca malto pane bianco note citriche leggero miele, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, dolce con un buon amaro erbaceo moderato. Bella strutturata, buona. c. Birraland.it 10.10.25

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours pale gold, partially transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal and bready, very much in style and enjoyable. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderate sweet, with a hint of bitterness. Final is fairly robust for a keller, giving a lasting impression.

Helles Kellerbier, ungespundet, schöne feinporige und relativ stabile Schaumkrone, zitrische Hopfenaromatik, trocken, deutliche Bittere, sehr süffig. Insgesamt ziemlich stimmig.

Bottle from Meibier. Aroma is grassy hops with hay, grain, some fruity citrussy hints. Moderate bitter flavour, light sweet. Medium body. Crisp and full of flavour. Solid Keller.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Puotila, 20241126) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, honey, fruitiness and herbalness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, honey, straw and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, grainy and bitter. Tasty.
