(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief bubbly head. Fruity, slightly yeasty nose with yellow apples, oak wood, honey, marzipan and hay. Fruity, tart taste with notes of yellow apples, wood, orange, honey, marzipan, hay and a slightly yeasty and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tart, yeasty and tasty. Nice one.

Bottle (as Sidra Natural, 7 %, but most likely this one). Golden colour, with not that much head. Aroma is sweetish but quite sharp and fresh green apples too with some nice wooden tones. Flavour is nicely dry sweetish tart apples with some mineral, almost a bit like a champagne, but not as rich carbonation. Long apple aftertaste and somewhat dry palate. Good sipper.

Keg at Peders bar, central CPH, 19/11/22. Pale golden blonde with a white cap that soon escapes. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light orchard wood, sugars, tannins. Taste comprises crisp apple, straw, hint of caramel, grass, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent refresher.
