Heres what I've been goofin around with for a while. I love belgian wits on hot summer days (or freezin your butt off days). Anyway I took a witbier and threw in a bunch of hibiscus flowers to make it even better. Tart and refreshing, with a hint of tart.

16 oz can poured. Pours a cloudy orange color with the slightest pink tint to the beer, as well as the foam head. Floral notes come through big on the aroma, with some soft spice and orange. Flavor is pretty standard for a wit, in my opinion. A style in which I find it difficult to locate standouts. Refreshing, and good floral note adds a little to this. Drinks really easy. I feel like wits are simply good, or bad. This one is good.

750 ml bottle thanks going to GrandaddyKC. Thanks Brad. Clear orange color, no head. Aroma is bold on the flower with weak hints of Yeats.

The flavor profile is mostly the hibiscus flower with traces of malt. The body seems real thin to me. The flower takes over most of the flavor. I guess it doesn’t have any flaws but it just kind of isn’t my thing.
