Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Cerebral / Dancing Gnome Data Mine ].Hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, spruce, fruity hops, tropical fruit - peach - mango, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, tropical fruit - peach - mango, citrus, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at MBCC 2018 Blue (session Zwei), 11/05/18. Murky orange with a well presented off white covering. Nose is pale malts, citric tinged straw, pineapple, orange pith, light pine. Taste comprises grass, grapefruit, pine needle, toasted grains, mellow tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close sprayed with balanced hop bitterness. Ok approachable DIPA.
