From bottle at Wild Festival 2021. Tart red fruity aroma, fruit puree, cherry, some plum. Picking up a little pinot noir, light herbal. Tart and mild to medium sour. Quite nice, lots of fruit puree built on a herbal-ish Saison structure.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffeeish and mild wooden and berries. Flavour is floral, berries, mild toffeeish and some acidic tones.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy purpleish burgundy colour, minimal head. Pepperminty nose with oaky red wine and lime. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegary tartness, oaky red wine, rour cherries and mild citric acid. Low bitterness.

ABV: 6.5%. Hazy light to medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, cherry, grapes, wine - red wine, prunes, leather, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart - sour, cherries, funky, leather, ripe grapes, red wine, prunes - candied prunes, light vinegar, dry. Frothy white good mostly diminishing head. Red colour. Moderate sour aroma. Berries slightly present. Moderate bitter nice aceitc flavor. Berries slightly presnet. Average acetic finish. Creamy palate.

More good stuff from these guys. Sour, but hiding underneath a lot of juicy fruits and sweetness. Woody, light bitter, but mostly so very fruity, almost a smoothie but then real beer. Very summery and damn tasty.
