Taster. Pours darkest ruby. Aroma is honey, cherry, blossom, fruit salad, roses. Body is heavy and strong, yet somehow not as balanced as it could be. Lots of fruit, but obscene. Too acidic, and it doesn't work out with how oily Cherion is. Good, but not a perfect match. Marion works better.

On tap at MBCC 2018. Pours dark red with no head. Lots of cherries, some berries, honey, jam, dense, sweet. Oily. No carbonation. Full bodied. Superb.

Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours clear dark red, no head. Aroma of honey, berries, red cherries, cherry stones, light almond, alcohol. Flavor is sweet with a light tartness from the berries, honey, cherry, cherry stones, almond, alcohol. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 110518

Pours perfect red. Nose is cherry, red currant, red grapes, honey. Palate is beautifully condensed cherry, bloodorange, gooseberry, red grapes, this is quite beautiful, but I am not the biggest fan of the cherries.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, deep reddish color. Aroma is sweet fruity, concentrated red berries syrup, berry skin, citrus acid, oak, red berries candy, sour raspberries. Taste is sweet fruity, red berries syrup, hay, minerals, alcohol, berry skin, honey, oak, minerals citrus acid, sour raspberry. Medium bitterness, sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Deep red. Aroma is cherry honey vanilla blueberry slight wax green apple peel. Taste is pure cherry juice with some vanilla and honey some tannins. Very soothing. Nice. Cherry finish.

Sample, danke Stefan! Deep berry aroma: blueberry, cherry, raspberry, blackberry clearly there, berry wine but fresh. Light wooden deep cherry, a bit mon Cheri, great layered berry notes, vanilla, light wood. Fresh and dangerous tasting.

Deep copper, body, with no head.
Amazing aroma with lots of dark berries and sweet dark honey.
Tastes also amazing, with loads of thick, sweet red and dark berries, more honey than in the nose.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, without carbonation.
Finishes sweet, but smooth, with honey, lingering berries.
Very lovely! Loads of sweet berries, combined with sweet honey, but still not too sticky. Heavy and oily, but so quaffable. Another delicious nectar by this outstanding meadery.
