Bottle shared at the Kings Arms - Hackney. Pours clear, deep red with a small, foamy pink head. Big tart raspberry aroma, a little wood. Light sweet flavour, tart and a little salty, more juicy raspberry, mild seedy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching and refreshing in the finish, just a touch sharp at points, more tart and juicy raspberry, stern acidity. Great stuff overall.
