750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a few bubbles of head. Aroma is very musty, with tons of horse blanket, a touch of cheese, and gentle acidity. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of mustiness, horse blanket, gentle acidity, and a touch of apple core. Dry, lightly funky, and moderately acidic. Very nice.

750ml @ Ryan's. 43rd birthday gathering.
Aroma: fermented apples, dry-ish, still.
Taste: along the same lines.
Overall: ok, nothing impressive here.

Tannic, dry apple note, maybe a touch of sulphur. Slightly puckering in the finish. Not bad complexity.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed blonde with minimal white head. Dry-ish fleshy apple with light tannins, low carb. Okay.

Look at that military grade cork. Green apples, apples with a bite. Tart & juicy, but not vinagrous. Lots of twig, green leaf, tannins, very crisp apple. Usually more into funky ciders but I do have a weak spot for this style variant. Crisp, tight, juicy.
