E da una bevibilita’ unica.
Dedicata ed ispirata ad uno dei nostri locali preferiti lo storico “Ma Che siete venuti a fa” di Roma.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, ananas, limone e frutta tropicale.

Tap at 100 piv. Med-thin body, med-light carbonation. Could use more bubbles. Medium bitterness, light sweetness, malt in the background. Slightly sulfury, medium grassy, zesty, hops character, slightly citrusy. Good but not great.

Grapefruit and straw. Golden pour with decent head. Light bitter end. Decent stuff, would be better with a little more hop presence. But we'll made. Tap at Ma Che.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 16.11.2021, from Pikkulintu, 20210507) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tangerine, grass, herbalness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium dium carbonation. Flavours were tangerine, grass, mango, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A pleasant and balanced brew.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, with gross white foam, limited. Aroma is intensely citrus, of grapefruit and mandarin. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is fairly short and clean.

On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome - Birre sotto l’Albero 2018. Proper golden semi-clear pour with a tick creamy and persistent foam. Great appearance. Nose: all the way piney and tropical. Mouth is mostly tropical tough, high carbo, sweet tropical, berries, with a medium resinous finish.
