Nektar Episode 13 - 2 Year Barrel Aged ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, fruity honey, light earthy honey, light barrel - wood - vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, fruity honey, honey, light earthy honey, light barrel - wood - vanilla. Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet, toasted honey, hay, minerals, alcohol, grass, oak, grain, flowers, fruit stones, hints of mild vinegar. Taste is sweet mineraly, honey, minerals, alcohol, hay, grass, oak, flowers, mild vanilla, grain, hints of mild vinegar. Light and slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough, I expected a huge bourbon thing here, and got basically none...
