Do you remember Walter? I forgot that I should've used a goblet. This is a delightful bacteria beer. It's probably my first taste of proper woodruff, or Waldmeister (master of the woods). Sweet grass, bit of earthy fresh hay. Tastes green.

Cloudy pale milky yellow to white beer, no head. Aroma: weird, funky, ginger bread, apothecary, sweet impresion, cloves, black liquorice. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: weird, gentle acidity, spicy, lots of ginger bread, little sweet. Aftertaste: floral, very spicy, ginger bread, not bad.
