Every year we brew using fresh hops - picked straight from the bine and brewed with immediately to harness their fresh hoppy goodness. In the past we have lifted some of the flavours with the addition of spices and alternate yeasts, but this year we are letting the hops do the talking. Having successfully trialled the new developmental hop which we named Olicana earlier this year, we are delighted that it has been selected for commercial production, and so we are letting it sing in this year's Green Goddess.
