Draft @ Bierfest Bielefeld. Cloudy gold/yellow with a small but firm white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, citrus fruits and grass. Taste follows aroma plus some herbs and spices. Medium carbonation. Balanced and refreshing. Nice Saison.

Tap at Ambar TTO. Hazy golden color with huge white head. Aroma is earthy, grassy, leathery, citrus, dough. Taste is peppery, grassy, leafy. Silky mouthfeel with spritzy, but not too high carbonation. Dry mineralic finish with peppery aftertaste and a touch phenols. Very good classic Saison!

Tap at 3rd BBF. Cloudy brass colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal, spicy, yeasty aroma, hints of brine, dill, mustard seed, fruity raspberry vinegar-like overtones. Taste is herbal-spicy yeasty, minimally fruity, hints of brine, dill, mustard seed, a tart-ish touch of raspberry vinegar; minimally oily texture. Style-adequate.
