[ As Cerebral Gamma Knife ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops - tropical fruit, peach. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops - tropical fruit, citrus, peach, minerals, hop bitter, pale malt. Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is pine needle, citric pith, grass, airy malts, melon. Taste comprises ripe melon, orange pith, pine dusting, toasted grains, mango. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.
