Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Highland Park On Leaves ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, elderflowers, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, flowers - elderflowers, floral, pale malt - wheat, some yeast and light funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
