Fermented with an adventurous blend of yeast and bacteria, this fruited sour cruises the open road through the tropics. The scent of fresh guava wafts in the sea breeze and mingles with notes of ripe mangoes, papaya, and pink lemonade. Bottle from TRB. Pours hazy golden, perhaps a touch of peach but not much. Medium white head that dissipates slowly with good lacing behind. Aroma has notes of guava, oak, mineral water, lemon, mango. Flavor is light tart, hints of funk, oak, tropical fruits- guava. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. I love how the acidity has been dialed back. These are some a-list sours now

Bottle. Guava, caramel malt, sour orange, and hay aroma. Chestnut brown with minimal head. Moderately sweet guava, caramel malt, moderately sour vinegar, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Great body and balance. Excellent.

Capped 750 shared by Marcus. Pours hazy light gold with a white head. Aroma of slightly acidic guava. Med body. Flavor is slightly sour, arguably a bit funky, but mainly guava. Love guava. Good stuff.
