Second Date is een refurbished Double IPA waarbij we de hop slurry van de dry-hop van onze vorige IPA gebruikt hebben bij het brouwen. De Pink Edition is daarna nog flink gedryhopt met een mix van verse Strata, Idaho 7 en Galaxy.

Blik gedeeld met Koenzie, geprobeerd bij Rock City escape. Het is een troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is vol fruitig, passievrucht en ananas met een hop bittere afdronk.

Hazy yellow with a nice white head. Tropical fruit aroma with some peach and apricot. Sweet taste with a cloyingly sweet finish. To me it's even way sweeter than a milkshake IPA. Good aroma but way too sweet to be enjoyable.

44cl can - many thanks to Meeki for the arrangement! Hazy yellow, thin, frothy, white head. Fresh aroma of peach, guava, nectarine, tangerine, grapefruit juice, lime, bread dough, pink peppercorn. Taste has sweet peach, nectarine & tangerine, a luscious juiciness mixed into a big doughy, sorbet-like maltiness, bit zesty sour with a soft grapefruity middle. Floral-peppery hoppy finish, lingering citrus and juicy tropical fruit. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Delicious, but perhaps a tad too sweet & slush-like.
