This Pruim features the Mirabelle, sourced at Hoenshof in Limburg.
We macerated the entire plums for almost five months with two young lambikken from three different barrels. We blended with some more young lambik right before bottling. The final fruit intensity is 518 grams of Mirabelle plums per litre of Pruim. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

Cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Fruity and funky aroma with plum and apricot. Sweetish fruity and funky flavour with lovely plums and apricot. Juicy but still complex and subtle

Bottle pour @ Billie's Craft Beer Festival 2021. Funky, farmyardy and heavy with juicy plum notes, some hints of sourness and apples. Okay.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour dry apples,, grapes, prunes. Taste of prunes, sour apples, grapes, brett.
